• Disciplined - We want someone who is going to do what they say they are going to do. In good times and in bad, the work will get done.

• Driven - We want someone who wants something more than just the ordinary. Somebody who doesn't want what everyone else can have. Someone who wants the extra level.

• Unique - We are looking for someone who is different in their own way. We are looking for someone who doesn't follow every rule, or listen to everything they are told to do. We want someone who does things their way sometimes, even if it's a little quirky.

• Well-Rounded - We are in search of athletes who get it done on and off the field. Somebody who understands themselves well enough to know they are more than just an athlete.
